Now Hiring – Highly Motivated Entry Level Candidates for Union HVAC Installer Positions

Harker Heating and Cooling Inc., is currently looking for highly motivated entry level candidates for
Union HVAC installer positions. Harker Heating is a well-respected Union HVAC contractor in the
Madison area serving the needs of customers in the Commercial and Residential markets. Starting at
$15.03hr. Benefits after 90 days. Advancement opportunities into an apprenticeship available. We are

No experience required but strong mechanical aptitude required.
Minimum Requirements of a good candidate:
 Valid Drivers License
 Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively
 Ability to collaborate on projects
 Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
 18+ Years of age
 Reliable and Punctual
 High School Diploma or Equivalent
 Pass a drug test
 Pass a pre-work physical
 No fear of heights
Job Duties:
 Work closely with on-the job -mentors to learn every aspect of the HVAC industry
 Load and unload equipment
 Cutting and installing Sheetmetal ductwork
 Cutting and installing copper and PVC piping
 Labor intensive position
